All orders and transactions between Elegant Aisles and the customer are accepted on these conditions of sale only. It is the responsibility of the customer to read such conditions before entering upon a transaction.
Elegant Aisles trading terms and conditions shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, unless an agreement is in writing and signed by a representative of Elegant Aisles and the Customer.
Re-selling of any of our products is not permitted without prior consent from Elegant Aisles. Once a business is supplied with our products; any changes made, cannot be affiliated with Elegant Aisles, but must adhere to Elegant Aisles terms and conditions. Overseas businesses are not permitted to sell to UK residents.
Colour and Sample Matching
Elegant Aisles will endeavour to match colours as closely as possible. Exact colour matching onto different substrates is not always possible and Elegant Aisles is unable to guarantee an exact match. As such the customer has no right to reject or return the goods on these grounds. Should the customer have concerns regarding the material options available Elegant Aisles recommends that a sample is requested, to proceed without a sample is at the sole risk of the customer.
Due to the properties of the materials used, all runners must be secured to the floor, by the customer prior to use –in accordance with your venues terms and conditions, which must be checked before placing your order, as no refunds will be given. Elegant Aisles supply products for decorative purposes only and will not be held responsible for any accidents caused when using one of our products including death and/or personal injury.
Elegant Aisles hand paint all of their products and therefore cannot guarantee that all designs will be aligned perfectly straight. Although Elegant Aisles will endeavour to align designs in a consistent manner they cannot accept responsibility if alignment is not identical to that seen on the draft. It is also not possible to guarantee that the colours used will be identical to that shown on the draft, or any sample provided by the customer. Materials can sometimes arrive with small defects, we will allow up to 2 on a runner as this is beyond our reasonable control, nor will the ends be perfectly trimmed into straight edges/ paint can sometimes bleed, but is only noticeable close up, we will always try to prevent this from happening, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Licensed or copyright images, logos or trademarks must not be submitted to Elegant Aisles by the customer to replicate without the consent of the owner. Elegant Aisles shall not be liable for any claim or expense arising out of any illegal or libellous matter painted for the customer or any infringement of copyright or patent or similar right resulting from compliance of the customers instructions either expressed or implied.
Elegant Aisles shall endeavour to make amendments to requested orders as timely as possible and will provide a new draft ready for the customer to approve. However, if this request is received after the product has been painted the alterations cannot be made.
Elegant Aisles may vary, without any liability, the content of the site, including quotations, sales literature or other documents as long as such alterations do not materially affect the quality of the goods.
All products are painted by hand, as such Elegant Aisles shall endeavour to match the colour, style and positioning on each item, however Elegant Aisles is unable to guarantee an exact match.
Elegant Aisles does not accept responsibility for customer input or spelling mistakes on orders. Elegant Aisles does not accept responsibility for errors once a draft design has been accepted by the customer.
If Images are found across any social media platform that contain our work, we may use them for marketing material.

All prices quoted on Elegant Aisles are in British Pounds Sterling and are including UK postage.
Elegant Aisles are happy to post our products worldwide, whilst the first £10.00 of postage fees will be wavered in accordance with our Free UK delivery policy, any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and we will not paid for by Elegant Aisles.
The customer shall pay a minimum 25% non-refundable booking fee to secure any order prior to paint and dispatch due to the personalised nature of trade unless otherwise agreed in writing between Elegant Aisles and the customer. Any monies paid above the minimum 25% booking fee will also be non-refundable.
Should an agreement be accepted between Elegant Aisles and the customer, the remaining 75% of the total balance will become payable upon completion of the order, prior to the dispatch of goods.
The customer shall make payment without deduction online via credit/debit card, Bacs or PayPal.
In making payment the customer is within agreement that they are the account holder and that sufficient funds are held to honour the payment.
Recommend a Friend
Recommend your friends and receive up to 10% of your order total back (maximum of £30) once they have paid in full.
This is for existing selected customers only 3x per customer. (customer must receive an invite onto the scheme via Elegant Aisles to qualify.)
No goods are sold to the customer on a sale or return basis. The customer has no right to reject or return personalised goods and therefore a ‘cooling off’ period is not applicable. Elegant Aisles provides draft designs for approval prior to accepting an order, any mistakes that occur on a draft design will not be subject to return or refund. Various material options are offered by Elegant Aisles and fabric samples can be requested prior to placing an order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Any dates provided for delivery are approximate only, and Elegant Aisles is not responsible for the timely receipt of goods once dispatched to the customer. As such, late deliveries will not be refunded.
Orders not received within 2 working days of dispatch must be reported to Elegant Aisles by writing. Failure to notify us within this period may result in Elegant Aisles not accepting any responsibility for items dispatched and not delivered/received.
Customers are responsible for any orders that are shipped internationally and must pay the import/duty charges where applicable.
Damaged goods must be reported to Elegant Aisles within 48 hours of delivery by writing, failure to do so and Elegant Aisles will not accept responsibility and the customer shall not be entitled to reject the goods.
In the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence on behalf of the customer, Elegant Aisles will not be liable to the customer by reason of any representation, implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the conditions for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss or profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of, or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use or resale by the customer.
Whilst Elegant Aisles endeavours to keep the website and emails free from viruses, Trojans, worms and any other similar such ailments, Elegant Aisles shall not be liable to the customer or website visitors for any destructive results.
Elegant Aisles shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract of sale for any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Elegant Aisles obligations in relation to the goods if the delay or failure was due to any reason beyond Elegant Aisles’ reasonable control.
